How to Pay

Option #1 - Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal or Business Check - USA Orders Only

You can send money orders using the method below:

1. You can visit your local Post Office or Money Order agent in person to purchase a money order. For international customers, we only accept international Postal money orders due to past customers reversing payment after their merchandise has been received. (For International Payments, please see option #4 below.) For U.S. buyers we accept all money orders but we recommend that you use U.S. Postal Money Orders for fastest service. When mailing a money order manually there is a mail order form that will need to be printed and sent along with payment.

Please make all money orders, cashier's checks, personal and business checks made Payable to Sneakers.com. If you cannot print the mail order form from the link in red above, you can mail this information to us on a separate piece of paper. Please write legibly and make sure to include your name, shipping address, items that you are paying for, size, color, quantity, email address and (optional) telephone phone number. We will then contact you via email or phone to notify you once your payment has been received.

All shipping is done via U.S. Priority Mail or Parcel Post after receiving and verifying your payment via the method above.

Option #2 - Western Union Money Transfer - USA Orders Only

You can Send A Rapid Western Union's Money Transfer In TWO Methods:

1. Visit www.WesternUnion.com and use your credit card to make a rapid Online Money Transfer by using the required information below.

2. Visit your local Western Union agent in person to make a money transfer. [Wal-Mart, 7-11, etc.]

Important:
Please note that Sneakers.com has no way of knowing that you made a money transfer through Western Union so it is your responsibility to email us to alert us of it. Please send an Email with the Subject Line: "WESTERN UNION TRANSFER MADE" along with your Item Number (s), size, color, quantity, shipping address, name and MTCN number. The MTCN is the 10-digit number located on the upper right hand corner of your receipt.

Option #3 - Travelers Express Money Gram - USA Orders Only

Step 1: Sign In
Set Up an Account or Sign Into One at www.moneygram.com
If you are a first-time user, you must open an account to perform a Transfer. If you are a current customer, enter your MoneyGram ID and PASSWORD.

Step 2: Start
Click on MoneyGram® Transfers on the Web Send money almost anywhere in the world with MoneyGram. Click on the link to fill out an online form.

Step 3: Receiver
Enter the Receiver Information Fill in the Receiver’s name, the amount and intended country. (Sneakers.com, PO Box 1642, Castle Rock, CO 80104). You may send up to $899.99 online or up to $20,000 in person at a MoneyGram Location. Locate a MoneyGram Location now. If your Receiver does not have ID, you may use a test question. Also use the message field to send a comment to the Receiver.

Step 4: Payment Option
Choose How You Wish to Pay Select your payment option and click VERIFY to confirm.

Step 5: Verify & Send
Pay Online and Send Money Safely. Review your information and verify it is correct. Your money will be sent to your Receiver in 10 minutes.

Option #4 - International Money Orders - Any Country

Please purchase a Money Order for the cost of the item + $25 shipping for the first pair. Shipping costs on sneakers are $25 for the first pair, (there's a discount on multiple pairs), which includes insurance. Money orders can be purchased at 7-11 stores, Post Offices, Banks, Grocery Stores, and Wal-Marts. All prices are in US Dollars and money orders must be drawn in US funds only

Enclose the Money Order payable to "Sneakers.com" along with the completed International Order Form and mail to the address below. If ordering more than one item, please print out a separate page for each item on the International Order Form. Please enter all information. Incomplete orders will be rejected if you do not fill out completely. Thank you!
